THIS AGREEMENT DESCRIBES YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

This Agreement is made between GoldSilverSystem.com
and you, the user and/or member. By accessing or using
the site you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

We reserve the right at any time to modify the terms of
this Agreement, modify the site, including adding or
removing any content, feature, or service, or change
any fees or charges.

Any changes will become effective seven (7) days after
notice is provided to you. Notice may be posted on the
site or sent via electronic mail.

Risk Disclosure

The material provided on this site is for general
informational purposes only. Information provided by
GoldSilverSystem.com is based on sources believed to be
reliable but accuracy is not guaranteed.

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as investment
advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Your membership fee provides access to the members page
and the signals or commentary associated with the
service you selected.

Trading gold, silver, and related ETFs involves
substantial risk. It is possible to lose part or all of
your capital.

Members are responsible for their own investment
decisions and should consult a qualified financial
professional before making any investment.

Disclosure Policy

GoldSilverSystem.com or its operator may at times hold
positions in ETFs such as GLD or SLV that may be
discussed on the site.

Trades may be made using personal or company funds and
may occur before or after signals are published.

GoldSilverSystem.com respects the privacy of its
members and visitors. Personal information provided
during registration is used only for operation of the
service.

We do not sell or distribute personal information to
third parties.

Access to the members area is protected by username
and password. Members are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Annual and Lifetime Memberships

Subscription fees must be paid prior to accessing the
service. You agree to pay all fees associated with
your membership.

Billing discrepancies must be reported within thirty
(30) days. After that period all charges will be
considered valid.

Definition of Lifetime Membership

A Lifetime Membership provides access to the service
for the lifetime of the GoldSilverSystem.com service.

The term "lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime
of the service and not the lifetime of the subscriber.

If the service is discontinued for any reason including
retirement, illness, business decisions, or sale of the
site, lifetime memberships will terminate at that time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their annual subscription at any
time.

A full refund is available only within the first
forty-eight (48) hours after joining the service.

After the first 48 hours have expired all membership
fees are non-refundable.

To request a refund within the 48 hour period you must
email profit@goldsilversystem.com and include your
order number.

Termination

GoldSilverSystem.com may terminate this Agreement or
suspend access to the site if a member violates these
terms.

Ownership and Restrictions on Use

All content on the site is the property of
GoldSilverSystem.com and may not be copied or
redistributed without prior written permission.

Use of Signals by Financial Advisors

Trading signals provided by GoldSilverSystem.com are
for the personal use of individual members only.

Financial advisors or money managers may not use the
signals to manage client assets without a licensing
agreement.

Disclaimer

GoldSilverSystem.com is not a registered investment
advisor or broker-dealer. All content is provided
"as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

GoldSilverSystem.com shall not be liable for any
direct or indirect damages including trading losses
arising from use of the site.

Internet Transmission Risks

Signal updates may be distributed via email and
posted on the website. Delivery may be delayed due
to internet outages, technical failures, or other
events beyond our control.
